Lovejoy Surgicenter is
located in Northwest Portland on the corner of 25th and Lovejoy
Street, two blocks west of Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital.
From Salem
Coming North on I-5, follow the signs to I-405. Once on I-405,
take the St. Helens/Hwy. 30 exit, which exits to the left, and
then the first exit to the right which is Vaughn Street. At the
bottom of the Vaughn St. exit, go straight through the light.
Take a left at the next light which is 25th Avenue. Stay on 25th
Ave. until you get to Lovejoy Street. The streets in the neighborhood
are alphabetical so you will from Vaughn backward through the
alphabet to Lovejoy Street. Lovejoy Surgicenter is on the right
across the intersection. Turn right onto Lovejoy and then immediately
left into the parking lot.
From Vancouver
Coming South on I-5, follow the signs to I-405 (exit 302B). This
takes you over the Fremont Bridge. As you come down off of the
bridge, follow the signs and take the exit for St. Helens/Hwy.
30. Off of the St. Helens/Hwy. 30 exit take the Vaughn St. exit.
At the bottom of the Vaughn St. exit, go straight through the

Coming West on I-84, follow the signs to I-5 North. Take exit
302B off of I-5 onto the Fremont/I-405 Bridge. As you come down

Coming East on Hwy. 26, move to the left lane as you go into the
tunnel. Follow the exit to the left which puts you onto I-405.
